Here's how it works:

• 1. Using the code below, put our Flash player and/or banners on your blog/Web site/MySpace/LJ/Xanga, etc. Friend our MySpace, post on and invite people to our Facebook group.
• 2. Blog about PotterCast so that when we do our blog searches, your site comes up.
• 3. That's it: the PotterCast blog patrol will be on the lookout for you. If we like what you've done, what you've said, how you've incorporated the items, or just like your page, you could win official Harry Potter items of your choice!

Think of it as a bumper sticker for your car, or a T-shirt, that lets people know you're a fan. We will choose winners at random intervals, in random numbers, at any time, and announce them on the show. MySpace users: adding the PotterCast MySpace to your friends is an excellent way for us to find you. Everyone else, we'll be hitting Google's Blog Search and Technorati looking for you, so blogging about PotterCast is key.

And as another little bonus, if you include us in your Top Friends on MySpace, and send us a message at our MySpace letting us know, we will include you in the weekly Blog Patrol roundup for a shoutout, for being so awesome.

Remember, there's no tested way of winning: we might pick you because you incorporated the images and/or Flash player in a cool way, because you said something funny about the show; because you were nice, or simply because we liked your page. It could be anything, so don't be left out.

We're really interested in people who incorporate the player and/or art on their page and who are genuine about telling people why they like the show. Top prize cost will vary depending on the entrant - you'll get a sense which ones get higher value as we go on.

This will be an ongoing promotion, changing and growing and evolving with each show (so make sure you listen!). If you don't win this week, you could win next; if you didn't blog today, blog tomorrow; the longer you leave your links up, the more prominently you place them, and the more often you mention PC, the more likely we are to find you!
