Nadia, I don't know if all Scots eat couscous, but my dad is big on cooking different foods, so we end up eating quite a lot of different stuff with traditional Scottish, such as smoked salmon or potatoes. Potatoes are eaten with absolutely everything.

ohmygod pottercast im so sad about "guess that book," episode one. when the guy from Harry and the Potters was on the phone, the chapter "The Other Ministers" was right, but you all agreed it was book seven, and it's book six! i cried and was like "pottercast can't be wrong!!!" i felt really bad becuase i love you guys but it was wrong!!!

With strawberries and raspberries =P
Scampi and chips is amazing!
I think mostly fish based meals are quite summery, like salmon fillets and couscous or rice.
I always think of baked potatoes (jacket) as more wintery food, coz its quite comforting and warm, but that's probably just me XD

Say what you will about haggis, I want to try it before I die! It sounds, erm, interesting... I wouldn't say no to gummy haggis either.
