It was on the episode that came out last (158, Crab People). During Bit by Bit they were discussing the appearance of Pius Thicknesse, and Melissa said she always thought of animated eyes coming up, and that lead to the conversation of how cartoon eyes always make "bink bink" noises. Frak said they couldn't blink while they recorded because the episode would be filled with "bink bink"s, and then it was the now famous kitten comment,
"I have kittens lick my eyes so they don't get dry,"
It was hilarious, and not creepy like he thinks. A perfect PotterCast moment. (:
